Portfolio use of completed work may occur only with your permission or as stated in your service agreement.

05 Payments

Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms (if any) are outlined in your project agreement. Work may pause if payments are overdue. Website pricing information, if shown, is for general guidance and may change.

06 No Guarantees of Commercial Results

We provide professional publishing support, but we do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, bestseller status, or any specific commercial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and reader response.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeaconRidge Publishers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific project.

09 Termination

Either party may end a project according to the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees owed for work completed.
